8 weeks of high level dietetic support for athletes/active individuals to reach & exceed their nutrition goals and become their own dietitian!
1:1 CONSULTATION
We offer initial & review appointments for a variety of sporting or clinical needs. This is face-to-face or online depending on your needs and preferences
'FUEL THE FUTURE' PROGRAM
Using our experiences of being a highly skilled paediatric & sports dietitian we offer an 8 week nutrition program for youth athletes who want to excel in their early sporting career
