HELLO! Natalie Briggs is the founder of The Nutrition Habit


Natalie is an Australian and UK Registered Dietitian, a Sports Dietitian and a huge fitness enthusiast!


Natalie's passion lies in working with clients to educate, make changes and optimise nutrition habits. All whilst leading your busy lives, whatever that may look like for you.


Natalie's experiences of working as a top Sports Dietitian, not to mention her many years of clinical practice, means you are in the right place for high-level knowledge and sound nutrition advice.


Natalie has worked with recreational to elite international athletes spanning across varied sports, ages and abilities.

She has also worked clinically in adult and paediatric healthcare, specialising in Type 1 Diabetes, Oncology, Intensive Care and chronic health conditions.


Natalie is also an experienced presenter and workshop host. She has facilitated many group education sessions, workplace workshops and university lectures.


More about the Founder

  • Natalie was an elite gymnast for 10+ years.
  • She now enjoys CrossFit, netball, running and coastal walks around Sydney.
  • Natalie's daily coffee order is a yummy cappuchino.
  • Natalie was the dietitian for the Welsh Feathers Netball Team supporting the squad during the 2022 Commonwealth Games and the 2023 Netball World Cup.
