There’s a lot of noise in the nutrition space—especially in the world of fitness and sport. Natalie is a qualified dietitian with a focus on supporting active people and athletes with clear, science-based advice tailored to their performance, recovery, and overall wellbeing.


Whether you’re training for an event, juggling a busy workout schedule, or just want to feel more confident in how you fuel your body, Natalie is here to help. No extremes, no rigid plans—just thoughtful, personalised guidance that fits your goals and lifestyle.


Natalie's experiences of working as a top Sports Dietitian, not to mention her many years of clinical practice, means you are in the right place for high-level knowledge and sound nutrition advice.


Natalie has worked with recreational to elite international athletes spanning across varied sports, ages and abilities.

She also works clinically in adult and paediatric healthcare, including Sydney Children's Hospital where she works part-time and previously University Hospital of Wales.


Natalie is also an experienced presenter and workshop host. She has facilitated many group education sessions, workplace workshops and university lectures.


More about the Founder

  • Natalie was an elite gymnast for 10+ years.
  • She now enjoys CrossFit, netball, running and coastal walks around Sydney.
  • Natalie's daily coffee order is a yummy cappuchino.
  • Natalie was the dietitian for the Welsh Feathers Netball Team supporting the squad during the 2022 Commonwealth Games and the 2023 Netball World Cup.
